Wiltshire Cricket is delighted to announce the appointment of four new Non-Executive Directors
Following a thorough recruitment process we are delighted to welcome Chris Ladd, Hazel McCluskey, Tara Burke and Yogita Deogan to the Wiltshire Cricket Limited Board of Directors.
The appointments are a result of a comprehensive search and selection process, facilitated by our partners Perret Laver. The recruitments ensure that we continue to increase the breadth of skills and experience that we require to deliver against our 'Driving Cricket's Future' strategy and to fulfil our Governance, EDI and Safeguarding requirements with ECB.
The four new appointments takes our Board to 12 and we will also be revisiting the composition of our Board sub groups as a result of this new round of recruitment.

Our four new Non-Executive Directors are:
Hazel McCluskey
Hazel has worked at Sport England in a variety of roles for over 10 years. In her current role, she is focused on the financial resilience and modernisation of the sport sector. Hazel has supported a number of different sports with their strategy, governance and revenue generation. She has also been a member of the England Netball finance and audit committee. She is very passionate about grass-roots sport and the difference sport and the communities around it can make to peoples’ lives.

Chris Ladd
Chris has worked in the marketing industry for over 25 years including spells in media, retail and financial services. He is focused on understanding customers and has a passion for leadership, empowering teams and championing inclusivity.
He has played cricket in the Home Counties, Nottinghamshire and now Wiltshire, where he now lives. He is Chair and Safeguarding Officer of White Horse Cricket Club, supports junior cricket at neighbouring Avebury Cricket Club, and is now representing Wiltshire Over 50s after a significant birthday. He is a member of the Marylebone Cricket Club and the South Oxfordshire Amateurs. Away from work and cricket, he is on taxi duty for his teenage children and their various sporting passions including, of course, cricket.

Tara Burke
Tara joins Wiltshire Cricket with 20 years of experience in media and PR; much of that time spent in the charity sector. Tara also has a passion for Diversity and Inclusion and a strong interest in Cricket through her children's involvement in junior cricket in recent years.
During Tara's most recent role with the We Mean Business Coalition, she has seen the organisation grow from an outfit of 10 to nearly 40. While not involved in the operations side, Tara has supported expanding and evolving teams and the impact of that on the organisation.

Yogita Deogan
Yogi founded Equal Positive, a Leadership & Inclusion Consultancy with her sister in 2022 and is also an Advocate for Diversify Now, running workshops in schools and universities on social Inclusion topics. Yogi’s prior professional experience is in Marketing with a 14 year tenure at Audible, an Amazon company.
