England World Cup Winner visits The Ridgeway School!

We’ve had the BEST start to the week, as England’s World Cup Winning, Jos Buttler gives an inspiring and engaging talk at Ridgeway School.

As part of the school’s extra-curricular programme, Jos has spent the morning speaking to students and teachers at the Wroughton-based school. His talk included a wealth of valuable life messages, which students will remember for years to come!

🫂 Embracing Differences & Uniqueness

👍 Taking the positive route

💪 Dealing with Pressure

🧠 Being Mindful and de-stressing

🙋‍♂️ Self-belief and Resilience

💭 Dreaming Big!

🏋️‍♂️ Working Hard!

England’s Wicket Keeper Batsman spoke brilliantly about all of the above, plus had the opportunity to discuss his successes, dealing with set-backs and his time as an international cricketer.

All of this and he even gave his time generously to answer student questions, take photos and sign autographs!

Thank you Jos for such an inspiring morning and Wiltshire Cricket wishes you the very best for this summer! We’ll be routing for you every step of the way!
