Youth Cricket: Welfare
Within Wiltshire we take the Welfare of our Coaches, Players and Volunteers extremely seriously. The County has a newly appointed County Welfare Officer whose job is to liase with the development office on all welfare issues and to offer advise to anyone within cricket who needs it.
