Coaching Courses
2006/2007
During this year we saw the introduction of the new ECB Coach Education Courses.
Currently, coach education is one of the most important areas for development in Wiltshire. Improving the standard of coaching and subsequently maintaining a high standard of coaching throughout the county is of paramount importance to us. For this reason, during the winter of 2006/2007 we ran four Level 1 courses and one Level 2 course, meaning a huge increase in the number of qualified coaches in the county.
During 2007/2008 we are running a similar programme of courses, a list of which can be found below:

ECB Coaching Pathway
With the various different ECB courses available to prospective and existing coaches the ECB has developed a well defined coaching pathway for coaches.
The player pathway can be found on the ECB official website and it can be downloaded in full colour as a PDF file. It is intended as a guide for coaches, managers, administrators, parents, teachers and others who play a part in the development of young cricketers.
